At Kosha, 'Show, Not Tell' means exactly what it says. Words while powerful, are more effective when backed by action. Kosha's 'Show, Not Tell' manifesto came to life from an impactful quote by Marianne Williamson that has helped us in our own lives.

"Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
When we founded Kosha and began the path to owning our own company, we were admittedly a little scared. Scared to be proud of who we were and what we were trying to accomplish. It was then we discovered and were inspired by Williamson's words. She inspired us to believe in ourselves, and to not hide who we were. We overcame those insecurities, and could not believe how much happier, proactive, and positive our lives had become. At Kosha, we want to personalize this message to you.

Show your vices. Show your virtues. Show every personality trait you possess.

Take the time in exploring your Koshas'. Each of the five Koshas' we all embody: physical, energy, mental, wisdom, and bliss; help in bringing us together with our own self.  The only way we grow and learn as people is through discovery, and either accepting or changing these individual attributes.  And the only way we can truly help and inspire others is by showing them. So go and "Show, not Tell' to everyone, and most importantly 'Show, not Tell' to yourself.
